Around 2006 Destruco Trucks decided to come out with a line of bearings called Sendai. Sendai is a Japanese manufaturing corporation that is known for making high tech weapons and other products. Apparently, they made these Bones Swiss competitors and it seems that everyone who has sent in a review seems to love them.

They have removable rubber shields, high grade steel balls and anodized races.

My favorite skateboard bearings are Destructo's Sendai Line, They are the most AMAZING BEARINGS YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS,Theyre not TOO Fast or greasy so they wont send you flying down a halfpipe to the point that youre gonna break something,But theyre not all slow and narsty and choppy,Theyre BEAUTIFALLY Smooth, and Fast enough,I Get like 13+ feet off of each push with them! So in speed and push factor theyre perfect,And DURABILITY! THESE BEARINGS ARE DURABILITY! I Left my board out in the snow for WEEKS, And their was lots of rain and storms,So I Took my board in and EVERYTHING WAS DESTROYED except for the bearings,Which were Sendai's,AND THEY WERE PERFECT,they were barely affected, and I use them still,I actually used them a few hours ago and theyre fine,Also these bearings are imported from Japan as far as Ive heard which is pretty interesting,And theyre priced really fairly,I Got them for 15 dollars and in all honesty id spend 65+ dollars on them,These bearings are fantastic. I was thinking when I started to write this that theirs nothing really to write about for a bearing, But I could go on for hours about these bearings, They provide the smoothest, sleekest, and best spin you can find around, they give you the perfect amount of pump for Skating and theyre durable like you wouldnt believe, theyve been in the snow, and rain, for WEEKS,maybe even MONTHS and froze awfully, and after I bought a new deck and such, the bearings survived I Didnt need new ones,So if anyone is looking for the perfect bearing trust me on this one,Destructo Sendai's are the way to go,15 Dollars,Long lasting and durable enough to withstand amazingly freezing weather and ice and water, and theyre great spin and give you an easier push,Oh and speaking of the water durability,THE GREAT ADVANTAGE ABOUT THESE BEARINGS-You can skate in the rain,If youre like me you HATE rainy days,it means no skating unless you have a good indoor/dry place, but screw that I Could be down the streets doing my thing without worrying about wetness or rain ruining my bearings,SENDAI ARE THE WAY TO GO,MENG
