Spitfire Wheel Company has crossed the line and has joined the skateboard bearing business. And rightfully so. Why not upsell your bearings when you already have the number one selling skateboard wheel brand out there?

Currently Spitfire has three version of their skate bearings: 1) Classics 2) Burners 3) Swiss Fire.

Classics appear to be your low end beginner bearings. I would say they are comparable to your typical ABEC 3 bearings. Burners look just like Bones Reds. If I had to guess these guys would be pretty decent for all around skate performance. They probably are similar to ABEC 5 luckys or Black Panthers. And of course the Swiss Fire bearings are suppose to be Bones Swiss killers.

Since these are very new bearings and we haven't heard that much about them, it's entirely up to you to test them out and tell us what you think. According to DLXSF.com these bearings are guaranteed, so if you don't like them I suppose you can take them up on it. The Swiss Fire are made in Switzerland and are machined to high tolerances. They claim the Swiss Fire are "The finest in speed, performance and durability".
